It’s never too early to introduce your children to the wonders of Zambia, one of the top family-friendly safari destinations in Africa! We welcome children of all ages, and there’s plenty for the whole family to do at Chundukwa, as well as activities in Livingstone, Victoria Falls and beyond. It’s the perfect family holiday destination.
If you are travelling with children under the age of 10, or travelling with a larger family group, our Chundu Cottage is perfect! It is a separate self-contained thatched house with 3 bedrooms, a swimming pool and a small team of chef, waiter and housekeeper who will cook and serve you “at home”, at your own convenience. Our team can prepare separate child-friendly meals so you can rest assured that your children can eat early and go to bed, allowing for some adult time.
For couples travelling with children over the age of 10, you are welcome to stay in our Jacana chalet overlooking the Zambezi River, which has a king-size bed and space for up to 2 additional beds. For safety reasons unfortunately our river chalets aren’t suitable for children under 10.
